It is recommended that riders and supporters stay in Grafton on the Friday night before the race. Grafton will host the event registration on Friday afternoon and will feature an event expo in Memorial Park where competitors, supporters, spectators and the general public can enjoy the festive atmosphere of the event precinct that showcases the local community. The official race dinner presentation will be held at the Inverell RSM later on the Saturday evening and it is recommended that riders and supporters stay in the town of Inverell or the neighbouring town of Glen Innes.
